I contracted Aluluxe to replace several old, and in some cases rotten, wooden door and window frames. I wanted aluminum for a fresher look and because of its low maintenance factor. My house was designed my an architect that did not believe in straight lines and standard sizes so everything is custom made. As a result, each door and window frame was custom made by Aluluxe. The reason I chose Aluluxe was: 1. They returned my call on the day I contacted them 2. They came out to my house to measure on the day and time they promised 3. They provided me with a quote within 24 hours of measuring up the job 4. The “can do” attitude of the owner to tackle a difficult job 5. A competitive price. The reason why I would rate Aluluxe highly is that they were professional, kept me advised where they were in the prefabrication process, they accommodated my colour choice, the owner installed the doors and windows himself and they followed-up after the job to determine if I was happy with their service. All round an excellent customer experience!
